Scooterbug and Best Lockers are looking for a Parks Operations Attendant for their Disney's Epcot Center Location. 

Job Summary: 

The Park Operations Attendant is directly responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests who rent the lockers installed at the customer site; along with servicing and maintaining the lockers and mobility products on site.  The goal is to ensure that all products installed at the customer site, meet customer and Scooterbug/Best Lockers Safety, Functionality and Show Quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Park's guests on kiosk and locker operations.
  • Answering questions from the guests and troubleshooting minor operational issues with the lockers.
  • Responsible for partnering with the Customer and Guests on increasing locker usage.
  • Focus on delivering excellent service which exceeds the customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly area around the locker locations within the park and remove spills and debris from the lockers.
  • Present oneself in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Acting as liaison between the Customer and their guests assisting with customer and guest's questions and concerns.
  • Demonstrate effective customer and guest communication and possess a sense of pride in your work.
  • Assist with the repair and maintenance of the mobility products at the park (ECVs, Wheelchair, Strollers).
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.


  • High school diploma or equivalent, or currently enrolled in a high school or equivalent learning institution.
  • Must be able to effectively interact with a variety of personalities.
  • Ability to exercise patience, think logically, keen listener and effective collaborator.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
  • Should have a flexible schedule that includes working weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to present a professional attitude in stressful situations.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a required background check.
  • Possess the ability to analyze a complex situation and establish a positive outcome for the guest, customer, Best Lockers and Scooterbug.
  • Possess the ability to stay calm in the heat of the moment. Must be able to interact with guests that are unhappy.  Must be able to represent Best Lockers, Scooterbug and the Park in a professional manner while dealing with guests.
  • Must be able to effectively interact with the park's guests and address their questions or concerns.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and apply while "in progress".
  • Should be mechanically oriented with hands on approach to addressing issues.
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Quality, effectiveness and professionalism of communication and relationships with co-workers, guests, Best Lockers management team and the Park's team members.
  • Adherence to Best Lockers policies and procedures as well as the policies and procedures dictated by the park.
  • Timeliness in resolving customer complaints and facility management concerns.
